Adaly wakes up and joins Livia in a tree. It is late in the morning, sunrise was hours ago, but the Angel just seems to like sitting on the height. “Good morning” Adaly says and Livia smiles at her “Good morning. How did you sleep?”

Adaly looks down at the camp “Fine… It has been a few days…” Livia seems to realize who she is specifically looking at “So how is that going?” Adaly chuckles “We will define things after the mission, for now it is just nice and warm…. I am sorry if I mislead you… I didn’t think I had feelings for him, until you know I did.” Livia kindly smiles “That is okay… it is just… he has loved before and that… didn’t and well. Just want to make sure you guys set the right priorities.”

Adaly looks down again and feels a guilt coming over her but politely smiles. “Losing loved ones is sort of part of the job, so I figured this was the case… I… I care about him, but Livia… the mission comes first, he feels the same.” Livia chuckles “How do you know? Did you talk about it?”

Adaly shakes her head, “Partially but no not really. He knows how I feel about the mission. We will figure it out.” Livia’s shakes her head “You guys are stubborn” which makes Adaly chuckle.

The rest of the party awakes and Amara grabs Adaly by the arm and they go take a walk. “Imrior could spy back” Amara says “Wait what?” Adaly looks at her friends with big eyes. “Yeah I connected to him in my dreams again. Few interesting things happened and then he noticed the spying and reversed the spying. He looked at you, asking how I felt about being in the shadow of a little girl”

Adaly laughs “Ouch… but fair, you are better than me” Amara also laughs “That part is right. But other than that, what was the devils name…. Es-Harelier contacted Imrior before he did the exchange trick. Ilhoketh is asking about you.” Adaly swallows, she feels nervous, she knows her father doesn’t like that she got away, but his personal attention, that was new.

Adaly nods “We will deal with that once it becomes relevant, for now, I yesterday spied on Josenno revealed why they are in Avario mansion. But this is maybe more a talk we should have with the entire party. I think it is also good if we discuss with the party the fact that Imrior now can spy on us.” Amara nods.

They discuss with the party, but they also have no clue what the vault might be, so Adaly decides to send message to Jeremy, as a request to find out what it is. ‘Jeremy, need help from shadowed blade. Es-Grenalieth is trying to get into isotian vault. Any idea what inside? Also, could you track ebony guard?’ She quickly gets back ‘That is not a lot to go one, but I will try. Any more information you can give me?’

“Sam, could I use your sending stone? I need to give Jeremy more intel” Adaly asks and Sam nods giving her the stone. She sends him another message ‘Three entrances to vault, Somewhere in Fomeria, Grishbalan and Ingry, near grey city portals. Not sure about more.’ Few seconds pass ‘Acknowledge this will help’

“He will look into it” and with that the party sets off to the Leviathan again.

They take a moment with the wyverns before arriving at the beach “Before we enter, I would like to burry my brother here” Adaly says while picking a spot. Sam nods in agreement but Amara gives her a look of not understanding.

Adaly digs a hole and puts Peranon’s corpse in there. She also grabs a big rock and a smaller rock. She stone shapes the smaller rock into a bit of a pick axe and uses it to carve the words into the larger stone “Here lies Peranon, loving brother”.

Once she is done, they enter the Leviathan. Sam stays closer to her, holding her hand as a silent show of support, which she appreciates. It was the right thing to kill Peranon, but it also had felt so wrong too her, at least this way they preserve a bit of his dignity.

They go back to the room they see the grey demons, Sam goes in first and is immediately surrounded by them. Adaly can see him quickly getting worse, she remembers from the previous fight how nasty their bites are, but there is nothing she can do except keep flinging spells at the demons.

Two demons down, one starts retreating, there is still one at Sam when he goes down and his demon comes out. Adaly immediately rushes towards him, holding him. Sam still kills the one next to him and Adaly throws spells at the one retreating, but keeps her eyes on Sam.

He focusses on her, takes a step back and swings it towards her “Sam please…” she whispers, there is a hesitation in his swing, but it still hits her, causing a wound on her shoulder. The demon still controlling him and now that he hurt Adaly Amara rushes closer “I will knock him out.”

Adaly puts her hands up “No… he can calm himself, Sam… please come back to us, to me” she steps closer once more, grabbing his hand, and the demons eyes are staring at her in confusion. He tries to take a step back once more when the flames start fading and Adaly quickly grabs him before he falls to the floor.
